SOCIAL COMPLIANCE POLICY

Acting with the principle of "Human First" at every stage of production and management, we adopt our values, which are the building blocks of our corporate culture, and acting with social responsibility awareness towards our employees, society and the environment in all our activities as our basic management approach.

As PrintPark;

• We will respect the representation rights of our employees,
• Based on the fact that all employees have equal rights; There can be no discrimination in hiring, compensation, access to education, promotion, or termination or retirement based on race, social class, religion, national origin, gender or political affiliation,
• Based on the minimum wage as the minimum wage that our employees can cover their living expenses; We will ensure that there is no wage below the minimum wage and that overtime wages are paid with additions as required by law,
• We will comply with the applicable laws and regulations regarding working hours and overtime due to efficient working and respect for human rights,
• We will provide appropriate working conditions, believing that our employees have the right to work in a healthy and safe environment, in working conditions compatible with human dignity,
• We will not employ workers below legal age limits,
• We will act in accordance with the procedures and principles of employing young workers,
• We will take the necessary precautions by ensuring all occupational health and worker safety, infrastructure, machinery and equipment requirements to prevent unsafe working,
• We will ensure that there will be no work that is contractually obligatory or in return for debt and that the work will be on a voluntary basis,
• We will protect the environment by minimizing pollution and waste and ensuring that our hazardous wastes are disposed of with minimal environmental impact,

In order to ensure the continuity of the company's ethical criteria, technical and professional knowledge in the selection of personnel as well as compliance with company rules and social compliance requirements will be considered as necessary and important criteria, and the following policies for preventing discrimination and harassment-mistreatment are valid starting from the recruitment stage;

• We will treat all our employees in accordance with the principles of equality in matters of recruitment, wages, promotions, complaints and dismissals,
• We will not employ forced or involuntary workers,
• Our employees can use their personal rights fully and correctly,
• We will not impose institutional punishment or allow verbal, physical and psychological harassment or coercion,
• We will not allow taking or giving bribes, and we will not enter into relationships with third parties who want to enter into commercial relations through bribery and corruption,
• We will not accept gifts other than symbolic ones,
• We will consider the financial and commercial information of both our company and our customers with whom we have commercial relations as private and keep them confidential, and we will inform our employees about this,
• We will comply with relevant laws on anti-monopoly and money laundering issues,
• We will comply with the commercial control laws of the countries of the foreign companies with which we have commercial relations,
• We will not allow people to use their positions and seniority to force employees to do illegal work,
