The works to be carried out are prepared in accordance with the purpose in our Graphic Design department. It aims to present the most beautiful designs to its customers with the Apple Mac computer system. In addition, it was impossible to see metallic and fluorescent color, foil, transparent material, polishing, lamination, embossing & engraving special effects on the screen. But now it is possible; We turn your dreams into visuals with our 3D modeling.
Packaging Design, 3D Modeling and Prototype making
In order to offer the best packaging solution to the products, we offer innovative solutions by working very precisely in our packaging design department. With our CNC controlled sample cutting plotter machine, prototypes are produced and presented to customers for approval.
CTP
With CTP technology, we now expose the graphically prepared works directly to the printing plate, thus we obtain more clean and ready-to-print molds with little point loss and zero gage. With our CIP4 technology, the color settings of the exposed plates are automatically sent to our offset printing machine.
Press
Conventional and UV Offset Press
Works that have been brought to the printing stage with meticulousness are carefully printed in the suitable machine. With the combination of the print park experience and our state-of-the-art machines, quality and beautifully appealing print results are obtained.
Quality Control
In order to get the desired printing result flawlessly, the quality control process must be carried out with the appropriate equipment. We measure color with the latest system Spectrophotometer and archive the measurement results in our Color Measurement System program. In this way, we can instantly access the color values of even a job that was printed years ago, and we prevent the same work printed at different times from having color differences among each other. In addition, in order to understand the reaction of printed colors in different light sources, our Light Cabinet equipment is controlled with different light sources.
Post-Press
Die-Cut
The printed jobs are cut with laser knife molds in accordance with their shape and can be sorted on the same line if necessary. With the use of ready-made imported grooves in cutting, our customers are provided with the easiest way to use their products and clean results are obtained.
Hot Foil and Emboss/Deboss
High quality results are obtained at high standards in hologram prints aimed at preventing counterfeiting and counterfeiting with foil gilding prints on all kinds of paper and cardboard. In addition, thanks to our state-of-the-art machine, excellent results are obtained by making foil and embossing simultaneously. Unlimited sizing is possible with the brass plate we use in the embossing application, except for the magnesium plate.
UV, Dispersion Lacquer, Varnish
In our printing machines, optional UV Lacquer, Dispersion Lacquer and Varnish applications are applied during printing to achieve fast production and perfect results.
Lamination
Depending on the needs of the job, matte / glossy cellophane, metallized film lamination process is done in a fully automatic machine with a water-based glue system from layer to layer.
Flute Lamination
High offset printing quality cardboard is laminated with single or double wall corrugated material at F / E / B wave types.
Special Effects and Finishings
We can add extra value to your business with many different varnish applications.
Window Patching
Transparent materials such as PVC, PET, OPP are adhered to the desired dimensions on the box at high speed in a fully automatic machine. In addition, with our pick & place system, special cut and unlimited pleated materials can be applied.
Folding and Gluing
Our gluing machines are capable to glue up to 8 points jobs. Many different types of boxes are easily glued. We use cold, hot and PUR glue systems depends on the job need.
Delivery
Finally, the works that will be presented to the customer go through a final quality control, and the shipment process is carried out safely and quickly. We have business partnerships with reliable, durable and fast cargo companies for our international and international shipments.
